Our Hotel-Restaurant „Zur Post” is located in the state of Bavaria in the south-western upper palatinate, halfway between Regensburg and Nuremberg.You can reach us best if you go by the motorway A3, junction Velburg.

Leave the motorway at junction Velburg. If you come from the direction Nuremberg please turn left on the State Street 2220. If you come from the direction Regensburg please turn right to enter the State Street 2220.
Then follow the road a few kilometers. You will pass the sign for the town Velburg. You will see a gas station on the left side of the road. Still continue to follow the road for about 300 meters until you come to a deviated right of way. Here please go straight ahead and don't follow the main road. Turn to the left at the next turning and go straight ahead for another 200 meters. You will see the Hotel-Restaurant „Zur Post” on the left side of the street.
Short-term parking facilities for buses and cars are available in the town-center. Our in-House, long-term parking spaces will be allocated to you by the staff.

If you choose to arrvie by train the best way to reach us is by the line „Nuremberg - Regensburg”. Leave the train at the station „Parsberg”. If you're travelling to us from Munich choose a train headed to Regensburg. Maybe you can get a train which travels through to Nuremberg and you can leave the train at the station „Parsberg” as well.
Otherwise you should change in Regensburg to a train headed to Nuremberg and leave at „Parsberg”. Whether if you're coming from Regensburg and Nuremberg, the railway station „Parsberg” is your final destination. From there you can get a taxi for transfer to us, we are about 10 kilometers away.
